Adam Hartstein is a Senior Associate with Point B, a West-Coast based consulting firm. He has been leading strategic change, business transformations, and process improvement programs for over 15 years in a wide variety of industries including retail, pharmaceutical, compliance, financial services, consumer electronics, renewable energy, and non-profit organization. Adam has also helped launch new ventures in property management and wind energy supply chain companies.
Before joining Point B, Adam worked as a Client Services and Project Manager at a boutique supply chain consulting firm and concurrently led business development for an affiliated new venture supply chain services company. Adam has also worked as a Vice President/Senior Project Manager at The Northern Trust Company in Chicago, a Senior Business Analyst for mobile handset/fulfillment leader Brightpoint Inc. in England, Ireland, Indianapolis, and Indiana, and promoted international trade with the Russian Far East as part of a World Trade Center and USAID sponsored project in Khabarovsk, Russia.
Adam holds an MBA from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business with concentrations in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship. He also holds a BA in Political Science from Indiana University with minors in International Business, Economics, and Russian East European studies.
Adam currently lives in Chicago with his wife and two energetic boys.
