Frank C. Schroeder founded Campus2Career Transition Services as a new business service offering to respond to the demand for specific hands on assistance for career consulting services. Frank also maintains his position as Principal and Co-founder of Brown Schroeder & Associates, Inc. Prior to Brown Schroeder & Associates, Inc. Frank worked as a top-level executive for a variety of corporations in North America, Europe and the United Kingdom, including Drake Beam Morin, A.T. Kearney Executive Search, Waste Management International and Alcoa.
Frank has more than 30 years of experience providing executive search and human-resources capital planning, as well as general management, leadership coaching and organizational development for some of the largest companies in North America, Europe and the United Kingdom.
Frank was previously the president of European operations for Drake Beam Morin Career Services in Paris. While at DBM, he successfully directed executive coaching, workforce improvement and outplacement operations in 26 countries throughout Western, Central and Eastern Europe.
Before DBM, Frank held several executive leadership roles at A.T. Kearney Executive Search, including Managing Director of the Global Technology Practice in Chicago and Redwood Shores, Calif., Managing Director of European operations and Managing Director of the United Kingdom operations.
At Waste Management International, Frank worked from the company’s Lausanne, Switzerland and London offices, where he was in charge of acquisitions throughout Europe. Frank also assisted in activities in the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions. He also served as country manager of Waste Management Italy, Waste Management International’s largest European operation.
Earlier in his career, Frank rose through the ranks at industry giant Alcoa. Working in both U.S. and international markets, his career at Alcoa culminated in his role as General Manager of Field Sales and Distribution for the company’s Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regional operations, headquartered in Lausanne.
Frank is active in numerous civic and charitable institutions, and he speaks fluent French and is versed in Italian. He is a graduate of the Lawrenceville School and has been an active alumnus. He earned a B.A degree in economics from Hobart College in Geneva, N.Y. and an MBA with concentrations in organizational behavior and international business from the University of Illinois. He has also attended executive development courses at the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne.
