Kendall Abbey is the founder of Coaching by Kendall, a well-being coaching practice dedicated to helping millennials thrive personally and professionally. In addition, she has coached small and midsized business owners at Vistage, college students at Braven, and senior leaders at Rotary International. At Rotary, she also served as a fundraising consultant and trainer. Prior to Rotary, she worked as an independent ESL teacher in Buenos Aires.
Kendall is a lifelong learner committed to constant growth. She has a BA in Anthropology from the College of Wooster and is working towards an MA in Human and Organization Development from DePaul University, as well as a professional life coach certification. She has certifications in positive psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, diversity, and inclusion from Cornell University, and numerous others in organizational development, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and adult learning.
Kendall is a C2C alumna. She worked with Frank, Tom, and Dick to find her footing after returning from abroad. The team helped her build her self-awareness, confidence, and approach to the job search. With their help, she was able to secure a rewarding position at Rotary which led her to her dream job: coaching.
